5. BILLING AGREEMENT
There is a $35.00 diagnostic and handling fee for all products sent to our service center for repair or service. This fee applies to all products, regardless of their warranty status.
Products Under Warranty
The $35.00 diagnostic and handling fee applies to products covered under warranty. If your product is covered under warranty, the labor and material is included free of charge and you will not be charged for it. Please note that YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED until we receive the product.
Products NOT Under Warranty
If the product is not under warranty labor will be charged at the rate of $75.00 per hour, in addition to cost of any parts, accessories or material used for repair and/or service. For item not under warranty, we will provide you with written estimate of repair costs prior to commencement of service or repair. Please note that YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED until we receive the product.

6. Return Shipping Fees
The shipping fees associated with returned the repaired and serviced products is the responsibility of the customer. You may included a return, prepaid label with your product, or we can ship the product to you at your expense. Please indicate below the manner by which you desire the repaired/service product to be returned to you.
