The pure sine wave output generated by the Ramsond SUNRAY™ inverters is the same output quality that you get from your local utility company. The size (output) you choose depends on the power requirement (watts) of the equipment that you want to operate. You need to determine the total power consumption of the equipment that you wish to operate. You can do this by referring to the specification (rating) plate/label on the equipment. Once you determine your total power consumption need (in watts), then you can choose a matching inverter. We do recommend that you buy an inverter with an output that exceeds your needed power requirements by at least 25%. For example, if your total power consumption need is 1200 watts, we suggest that you purchase a 1500 watt inverter.
