How can I invest in Ramsond? What is Ramsond's stock (Ticker) symbol?
We receive frequent inquiries from the public concerning investment in Ramsond stock. We sincerely appreciate this overwhelming public interest in our company. We realize that this interest to invest is an unbiased testament to the strength and popularity of our company and our commitment to unrivaled quality and service. However, at the moment, Ramsond is a private company. We are not listed on any public exchange. So, we have no stock symbol.
However, discussions are presently underway for initial public offering (IPO) and listing of Ramsond stock in a public exchange. The contemplated IPO track for Ramsond, as is the case with any IPO, is a detailed and demanding process. However, at the moment, the certainty and exact date of this initial public offering cannot be determined.
Ramsond’s fast growing portfolio of innovations, new products and services, naturally require substantial investment. Therefore, it was decided early on that investors would be selected by our board of directors to match very specific and rigorous criteria. In short, we are extremely cautious and selective in our choice of private investors and thus far, have not accepted any investment inquiries from the public.
