For years the TV lift systems available in the market were retrofitted or modified lift systems that served other applications and were not exclusively designed for televisions.  Most of these would-be systems failed to address the specific design particulars of a TV lift system and possessed inherent design limitations which ultimately translated into shortcomings in operation and failures of function. Despite the growth in demand for a TV lifting system for plasma or LCD televisions, the market failed to produce a suitable system.  .  . UNTIL NOW.

BEKLAND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION introduces the LIFTRACK Plasma/LCD TV Lift System.   Unlike most other hastily retro-fitted systems, the BEKLAND LIFTRACK system was conceptualized, designed and constructed for the sole purpose and focus of operating as a plasma or LCD television lifting system.   

The LIFTRACK system is equipped with the latest technological innovations and constructed of the most resilient material (Please see comparison table below). It can easily lift up to 350 lbs (far beyond the weight of any TV in the market).  It can be operated by a wireless remote control, as well as a manual connected switch and height of the lift can be controlled via the remote control or the manual switch.  Its installation is relatively simple and is available in two models to accommodate virtually any size plasma/LCD TV or any conceptualized cabinet design.

INSTALLATION

The BEKLAND LIFTRACK system was designed for the purpose of in cabinet installation. However, we have observed effective use of the system as an IN-FLOOR TV lift system (Where the TV comes out of the floor). There are 4 mounting points on the back of the system and two mounting rails on the bottom of each system.

Shipping

We CANNOT, under any circumstance, accommodate local pickups or third party shipping arrangements. Please contact us at (248) 363-8302 to determine whether local pick up can be accommodated. We ship to physical address only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO. We DO NOT offer combined shipping due to restrictions. Flat rate shipping rates, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States and Canada. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. They also do not apply to certain remote areas including certain remote areas in northern Canada (e.g. Northwestern Territories)  Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by the carrier of our choice (usually UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service). Items weighting 100 lbs or more will be shipped via freight company of our choosing. Tracking numbers will be available after 5 days from the date of shipping.  In rare circumstances, delivery to certain remote locations may entail additional shipping costs (Beyond Charges) in which case you will be notified of any such additional fees. All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto paypal and/or ebay. We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase. We require a telephone number before any shipment is processed. The freight carrier will contact the provided number to schedule the delivery. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer takes title to the goods at the time of shipment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DELAYS.

International Shipping

For shipments to locations outside the United States and Canada, the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of US and Canadian law.

Shipping Insurance

We use the most reputable carriers for the shipment of each order.  Nevertheless, despite the best care and proper packaging, accidents do happen.  Depending on the item, shipping insurance may be required, included or optional. If shipping insurance is provided as an added option, please note that we, nor the carrier, are under any circumstance, responsible for loss or damage incurred during the course of shipping, unless optional shipping insurance is purchased by the purchaser. 

Inspection Upon Receipt

Upon receipt of the order, the purchaser/recipient is hereby requested to open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents by the customer. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect or non-conformity. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, the customer is hereby asked to refuse the shipment. Additionally, The customer must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.

Limited Warranty

A 1 year parts and labor manufacturer's limited warranty is furnished for defect in material and workmanship. The warranty term begins from the date of purchase. The purchaser shall identify and return the defective/faulty product or component/part thereof to our designated facility for inspection. The faulty/defective product/component/part will then be inspected and repaired or replaced (at our option). The repaired/replaced component shall then be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs (both ways) of faulty products or parts to us for replacement or repair. We shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such we recommend installation, assembly, repair and maintenance only by certified and qualified professionals. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the limited warranty void.   This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental loss or damage.

Technical Assistance

Although we may provide technical support remotely (phone, email), in many circumstances the technical issue/problem may not be resolved despite our best efforts.  As such, it is expressly acknowledged by the purchaser, and made an express condition of this sale, that the customer may be required to consult a professional technician for troubleshooting/repair/start-up and that any such consultation, shall be at the sole responsibility of customer and the customer shall bear all costs relative thereto.  All such costs shall be the responsibility of the customer we shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses related thereto.   

Suitability and Compliance

It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether any particular product is compliant with and permissible for use pursuant to the applicable rules, codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for particular use and/or operation. Returns

All sales are final.  Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be compelled to accept returns, they are subject to a 30% stocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Order cancellations are similarly not permissible and to the extent we may be compelled to cancel an order, they are subject to a 30% restocking/handling fee.
