Item Condition and Availability
All items are BRAND NEW and available IN STOCK and normally ship within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal as well as personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. Any payments made by personal/business or electronic check require bank clearance prior to shipment.
Shipping
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Our standard shipping method shall be ground shipping by the carrier of our choice (usually UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service). Heavier items (weighing in excess of 150 lbs) may be shipped our designated freight carrier. For these freight items, the carrier will contact you and make an appointment prior to delivering the item. We ship to physical address only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO.
In most cases the transit time in shipping is between 2-7 days. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DELAYS. Flat rate or free shipping, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for rates to those locations. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer takes title to the goods at the time of shipment.
Freight to Terminal
Certain heavier items may provide a shipping option to a freight terminal. These items will be shipped to a freight terminal near to your locations (usually within 5-45 miles). Upon arrival at the freight terminal, you will be contacted by the carrier, at which time you may arrange for pick up of your order from that freight terminal.
International Shipping
For shipments to locations outside the United States the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of US and Canadian law.
Shipping Insurance
We use the most reputable carriers for the shipment of each order. Nevertheless, despite the best care and proper packaging, accidents do happen. Depending on the item, shipping insurance may be required, included or optional. If shipping insurance is provided as an added option, please note that we, nor the carrier, are under any circumstance, responsible for loss or damage incurred during the course of shipping, unless optional shipping insurance is purchased by the purchaser.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receipt of the your order, you must open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for any damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect, nonconformity or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect, damage or non-conformity. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO SIGN FOR ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT FROM THE SHIPPER; HOWEVER ANY EQUIPMENT YOU SIGN FOR DOES BECOME YOUR PROPERTY. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, you must refuse the shipment. Additionally, you must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.
Returns and Order Cancellations
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be compelled to accept returns, they are subject to a minimum 35% handling, processing, palletizing, and restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Should a return be mandated or required, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange suitable shipping, properly packaged and fully insured. All returned items must be received by us in their original condition and packaging.
